Pool Maintenance Plans: Limited Supply
WEEKLY POOL MAINTENANCE INCLUDES: (one visit per week)
1. Water testing and treatment using home owners chemicals (we can supply all chemicals and bill separately).
2. Vacuum pool and brush all surfaces (put back in automatic cleaner is customer has one)
3. Clean all skimmer baskets and pump baskets.
4. Backwash and rinse filter if needed.
5. Inspect pool and all equipment.
6. Clean water surface (skimming and leaves and debris).
7. Service is up to one hour per visit. If needs more then one hour will be billed at $25 per 15 minutes.
8. Opening service in spring and removal of cover and two hour deep cleaning.
9. Chemically clean salt water cell at opening and second cleaning mid-way through summer.
10. 15% off any additional service or repairs needed.
11. 15% off all chemicals and parts (20% if we built pool)
12. Winterize pool at end of season and install cover if applicable.
13. Additional cleaning trips billed at 25% discount.
14. Price includes up to 30 miles from Nixa Showroom. Additional $2 per mile over 30 miles per trip.
15. Add water if needed to pool.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES BETWEEN SERVICE APPOINTMENTS
1. Maintain proper water level in swimming pool.
2. Test water and adjust as needed
3. Check filter pressure, backwash is needed
4. Have proper chemicals on hand (or purchase from us and we will bring)
5. In some cases one visit per week is not sufficient, additional visits can be arranged for extra cost.
Hot Tub Weekly Service: (one visit per week)
1. Test and treat water using customers chemicals (we can supply for additional cost).
2. Vacuum spa.
3. Wipe and remove and waterline.
4. Clean pillows (if applicable).
5. Clean spa cover.
6. Clean/rise spa filter.
7. Chemically deep clean spa filter every 3 months.
8. Drain/clean and refill spa every 3 months. (2x on 6mo plan, 4x on 12mo plan)
9. Price includes up to 30 miles from Nixa Showroom. Additional $2 per mile over 30 miles per trip.
